Gabon Fallout Dust Monitoring Training Completed – 22 November 2013

Three days of training, installation and commissioning of the fallout dust monitoring program at a fertilizer company in Gabon has been completed.

Well done to those who have completed the training.

Port Gentile is a unique place and DustWatch is privileged to now have DustWatch units in operation in this beautiful remote location.

UAE – Abu Dhabi and Dubai Fallout Dust Monitoring Training Completed.

On the 2 November 2013, the training in the UAE was completed.

The mandate to monitor their whole country is a first in the world that we know of.  All other monitoring is specific to an activity or industrial concern.  DustWatch looks forward to seeing the progress with this fallout dust monitoring program in the UAE.

The mandate is ambitious but with due diligence it will be achievable.

The mandate is being carried out by the National Center for Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS) in the Abu Dhabi.
