Allergy during Autumn.  I don’t know about you, but I’m bothered big-time by fall allergies. We typically think of allergies as occurring in the spring, but fall allergies can have a large impact on your health as well. These autumn allergens are caused by what I like to call “The Rock Band:” RMD. RMD stands for ragweed, mold and dust mites.
